In\u00a02011 EP Equipment founded their European distribution centre in Belgium to support the local dealer structure with technical training, spare parts supply and trucks<\/a> on stock to improve the overall customer service throughout Europe.<\/p>\n

In the past years, EP has created growth of over 40% year by year and a record year 2017 with over 10.000 trucks sold in Europe alone. As our prediction for 2018 is even stronger, the need for a bigger footprint in Europe in terms of spare parts, support staff and truck stock was growing.<\/p>\n

Spare parts<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"Since February 2018, EP has moved into new facilities near the city of Brussels, Belgium. At over 1.000m2<\/sup>, we increased our stock inventory significantly. For most relevant parts we can supply our dealers all over Europe within 24hours and technical support in French, English, Dutch and German.<\/p>\n

Training<\/strong><\/p>\n

At EP we believe that we can only grow together and to learn from each other plays a key part in this strategy. Especially with the introduction of more and more Lithium Ion products and order picking equipment we see the need for more training. Now we established a central training facility for 24 participants in our new distribution centre where we will offer after sales and sales training for all our European dealers free of charge to continuously improve our quality of service together with our partners.<\/p>\n

\"\"Open Dealer day<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we want to give our dealers and partners the opportunity to try our products, we will start bi-weekly open dealer day at our facilities in Belgium. The goal is to give our partners inside information on the development of EP Equipment, new products and the service back up from EP Distribution centre. In a visit of 3-4 hours, our partners can learn more about our products, the EP After sales System EP CARE as well as the advantages of our products.
